Bug Fixes

Video Review Notifications with no driver assigned
Corrected an issue where notifications would fail to send if a user reviewed a video and no driver was assigned.

Enhancements

Added Text Messaging Option for Video Review Notifications
Added a new user setting under Options > Settings > Review Notifications where a user may select how to be notified when a video event from Pending Review is saved.
Improved Video Download Speeds
Faster video downloads from MDVR's over Wi-Fi, ethernet and 3G/4G connections.
